Your Job:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working on a number of areas on a daily basis which includes van condition, stock, road directions, the numbers of customers to be visited, numbers of visits to each customer, the suitable time for visits and post sales follow-up.

You will develop existing costumers’ relations& generating new sales while maintaining a dialog with existing customers to provide product support, product information and update pricing. You will also strive to build new relationships with potential clients in the same geographical region in order to increase the company’s sales.

You will process work order and complete all sales paperwork such as (Invoices, Receipts, stock balance and other, etc.) and follow up the reporting system required by supervisors. You will identify customer problems, needs and requirements. You will also ensure the collection of cash & cheques from customers and deliver to the branch accountants to close the sales cycle.

Your skills and experience:

You hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree with a previous experience of 3 years in Sales (preferred).

As a Sales Representative, you will have outstanding presentation and communication skills. You will also promote team work and cooperation. You should be adaptable and always looking to develop your skills. Your experience in sales and general knowledge about the product and the competitive environment will help you to be a successful Sales Representative at i2.

يقع ضمن مسؤولية مندوب المبيعات العمل على العديد من المهام وبصورة يومية والتي تتضمن تتبع حالة شاحنة التوصيل، والمخزون، واتجاهات الطرق، وعدد العملاء الواجب زيارتهم، وعدد الزيارات لكل عميل، والمدة الزمنية الملائمة لكل زيارة، ومتابعة ما بعد البيع.  ويتوجب عليك كذلك تعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين وتوليد مبيعات جديدة والحرص على الحفاظ على قنوات الحوار مع العملاء لتوفير دعم المنتجات والمعلومات حول المنتجات والأسعار. ومن جهة أخرى، يقع ضمن مهامك مسؤولية بناء علاقات جديدة مع العملاء المحتملين في المنطقة الجغرافية التي تعمل بها بما يساهم في زيادة مبيعات الشركة. ويتوجب عليك تنفيذ أوامر العمل والقيام بالأعمال المكتبية المتعلقة بالمبيعات مثل إصدار الفواتير وإيصالات البيع وموازنة المخزون وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى متابعة نظام إصدار التقارير التي يطلبها المشرفون. عليك كذلك تحديد مشاكل العملاء واحتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم، فضلاً عن ضمان تحصيل الشيكات والمبالغ النقدية المترتبة على العملاء وتوصيلها إلى المحاسبين في القسم لإغلاق دائرة البيع. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى الاطلاع على الوصف الوظيفي المرفق.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة بكالوريوس مع خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المبيعات. وبصفتك مندوب مبيعات من الضروري أن تتمتع بمهارات تقديم عروض ومهارات تواصل استثنائية، كما عليك تعزيز مفاهيم روح العمل الجماعي والتعاون. يجب أن تمتلك القدرة على التكيف وأن تسعى دائماً إلى تنمية مهاراتك، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار بأن خبرتك في المبيعات والمعرفة العامة حول المنتج والبيئة التنافسية ستساعدك على النجاح كمندوب مبيعات لدى "i2".
